arrive early Please try to arrive 10-15
minutes earlier so you can calm yourself before
your treatment. If you arrive late for your
appointment, your treatment will still end at
the originally scheduled time so that the next
client is not delayed.15 minutes grace will
be granted for lateness, otherwise your appointment
will have to be re-scheduled.
Respect other
clients Our salon environment is one
of tranquillity and relaxation. Please try to
walk and talk quietly whilst in the salon. We
would appreciate if all mobile phones are switched
off in the salon.
Cancellations
24 hours notice is required for all appointments
cancellation and changes, otherwise 50% of the
treatment amount will be charged to you on your
next visit. A courtesy call will be given to
confirm your appointment 24
- 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please
ensure to make any changes at this time.
Gratuities
Our best reward is if you recommend us to a
friend. After your friends first visit you will
receive a thank you letter offering you 10%
off your next treatment.
